Shipping and Return

​For hygiene and health reasons, we maintain a strict policy regarding underwear purchases:

-   Exchanges are permitted only once per item

-   All items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached

-   Size exchanges must be requested within 14 days of delivery

-   No refunds are available on underwear purchases

-   Free exchanges are provided for incorrect sizes when our Size Guide was consulted prior to purchase

To Request an Exchange:

-   Contact customer service within 14 days of delivery

-   Include your order number and desired replacement size

-   Follow our return shipping instructions

-   Keep all original packaging and tags intact
